02 · How booking works
Three steps from first call to officers on the door.
Step 1
Tell us the job
Venue, dates, times and what usually happens on a busy night. Two minutes on the quote form, or a phone call.
Step 2
A written quote within one working day
Per officer, per hour, ex VAT, everything included. We say plainly if the job isn't one for us.
Step 3
Named officers on your Cover Board
Once you confirm, the rota is built and you can see who's coming, their licence and their shift — before the night, not after.
03 · The Cover Board
Know who's on your door tonight.
Most security companies send you an invoice and a name you've never heard of. Our clients log in and see the officers booked for each night, their SIA licence number and expiry, when they checked in, and any incident written up before you've opened the next morning.
- Every shift for the week ahead, with confirmed and still-to-confirm clearly marked
- Licence numbers you can check on the SIA register yourself
- Hours worked per night, ready for your invoice
- Incident reports from the door, the same night
- Request extra cover for a busy date in two clicks

04 · How we quote
One rate per officer, per hour. Written down before you commit.
Quoted per officer, per hour, ex VAT. The written quote includes everything — no call-out fees, no hidden extras.
What the price depends on
- The licence the job needs — door supervision, security guarding or close protection
- How many officers, for how many hours, and whether it's a one-off or every weekend
- Start and finish times: late finishes and bank holidays cost more, and we say so up front
- Travel, if the venue is outside our usual patch
What's always included
- Licence and right-to-work checks on every officer before their first shift
- A named contact at the office on the night, not a call centre
- Incident reports written up and on your Cover Board the same night
- Cover if an officer drops out — we fill the shift, not you
05 · Who you're dealing with

Licensed, and checked
