What's on it
- This week
- Every shift booked for your venues, with officers' names and photos. Confirmed is green; still-to-confirm is amber and the office is already on it.
- Licences
- Each officer's SIA licence number and expiry. Check any of them on the SIA's public register yourself.
- Check-in
- When the officer arrived and left, recorded on the night.
- Hours
- Hours per night and per week, so the invoice never surprises you.
- Incidents
- Refusals, ejections, medical calls and anything police attended — written up by the officer and visible to you the same night.
- Request cover
- A busy date coming up? Ask for extra officers in two clicks; it lands in the office as a request against your account.
