Incident reports

Officers write up incidents that happen on a shift (for example a refusal of entry, an ejection or a medical call). A report may describe members of the public without naming them. Reports are shared with the client for that venue, kept for 3 years, and disclosed to the police or a licensing authority when they have a lawful basis to ask.

Who we share data with

  • The client whose venue an officer is working (officer name, photo, licence number and expiry, shift times, incident reports)
  • Our hosting and email providers, who process data on our instructions
  • The Security Industry Authority, the police, HMRC or a court where the law requires it

We do not transfer data outside the UK except where a provider does so under UK-approved safeguards.

Cookies

This site sets a session cookie only when you sign in to the Cover Board or the officer portal. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner. See the cookies page.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113). Email info@llsprotection.co.uk — we answer within one month.
